1. Services
Metafora provides professional translation, localization, subtitling, MT post-editing, and desktop publishing services. All services are subject to individual project agreements.
2. Confidentiality
All materials provided for translation are treated as strictly confidential. We execute non-disclosure agreements upon request and maintain confidentiality throughout and after the project lifecycle.
3. Quality Standards
Our translation services comply with ISO 17100:2015 requirements. Post-editing services comply with ISO 18587:2017 requirements. Specific quality criteria are agreed upon in individual project scopes.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all translation rights transfer to the client. Source materials remain the property of the client. Translation memories and glossaries developed during the project are available to the client upon request.
5. Liability
Metafora's liability is limited to the value of the specific project in question. We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to our service scope.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
