3. Website analytics and Clarity choice
Umami Cloud measures site traffic and interaction events without setting browser cookies. Microsoft Clarity provides optional session recordings, heatmaps and interaction analytics. We load Clarity only after you accept it. Clarity may set first-party _clck and _clsk cookies and may involve Microsoft third-party cookies. Rejecting Clarity does not affect access to the website or submitting an enquiry.
4. Enquiry source information
When you submit our contact form, we include the current page path, referring origin and any utm_source or utm_campaign values in that enquiry. We do not store this source information in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage before submission. It helps us understand which channels lead to enquiries.

Your Clarity choice is stored in this browser under metafora-clarity-consent for 180 days. You can change it through Privacy settings. On withdrawal, we clear accessible first-party Clarity cookies and reload the page to stop its loaded script. This does not erase provider-held recordings or cookies on third-party domains.
