Our Story
Metafora was founded in 2005 in Kostanay, Kazakhstan, with a simple conviction: translation is a craft, not a commodity. What started as a small team of linguists has grown into a full-service language company with deep roots in Central Asian and CIS markets. Along the way, we earned ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 certifications, deepened our expertise across oil & gas, mining, legal, IT, and logistics, and built our own translation management system — TilBridge.
